病例资料:患者男、64岁.7月前周身出现红斑、丘疹、脱屑伴瘙痒,皮疹增多伴剧痒而来我院就诊,门诊以"寻常型银屑病:收入院.既往史、个人史和家族史均无特殊.入院查体:体温:38.0℃,脉搏:90次/分,呼吸:20次/分,血压:150/90mmHg.精神欠佳,心肺检查无异常.专科检查:躯干部可见密集红色斑丘疹,上有较厚鳞屑,背部红色斑丘疹融合成片.
