目的探讨医用空气消毒机在烧伤手术室进行动态空气消毒的效果。方法对手术时间超过2h的手术进行术中空气洁净度观察,设常规消毒组与动态消毒组各观察50次;常规消毒组每日于早7时、中午12时、晚8时各自动开机消毒2h,动态消毒组在常规消毒的基础上于手术开始后开机进行持续动态消毒,直至手术结束;两组均于手术开始后30、60、120min应用平板暴露法采样,培养48h后计数菌落数,比较两种消毒方法的空气消毒效果。结果在术中各时间点动态消毒组空气含菌量均小于常规消毒组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论手术中对手术室进行动态空气消毒可以持续控制空气含菌量,其对预防烧伤创口感染、提高手术植皮成活率及促进创面愈合等可起到积极作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of dynamic air disinfection of medical air disinfection machine in burn operation room. Methods The intraoperative air cleanliness was observed during the surgery of more than 2 hours. The conventional disinfection group and the dynamic disinfection group were observed 50 times each. The routine disinfection group was started and disinfected every day at 7:00, 12 noon and 8:00 pm daily 2h, dynamic disinfection group on the basis of conventional disinfection after the start of surgery continued dynamic disinfection, until the end of surgery; two groups were 30,60,120 min after the start of surgery by plate exposure method sampling 48h after culture count the number of colonies, Comparison of two disinfection methods of air disinfection. Results At the time of operation, the content of air in the dynamic disinfection group was less than that of the conventional disinfection group (P <0.05). Conclusion Dynamic air disinfection of the operating room during operation can control the airborne bacteria continuously. It can play an active role in preventing burn wound infection, improving survival rate of surgical skin graft and promoting wound healing.
