针对破碎带地基可能给建筑物带来的危害,分析建筑避让方案、注浆处理方案、基础厚板或梁“跨越”方案、桩基方案等多个地基处理方案,在处理效果、适用性、施工、工程造价等多方面进行论述。以湖州垃圾焚烧发电工程为工程实例,综合勘探部门的多次补勘结果,进行多方案比较后,最终采用桩基方案穿透破碎带落在基岩上,以减小破碎带内外基础的沉降差。从施工到运行后的沉降观测结果表明,桩基方案有效解决了建筑物地基的刚度不均,较好的控制了沉降值和沉降差。
