宝钢股份厚板部双边剪是剪切线的主要设备.夹送辊空间状态、夹送辊同步性、剪刀间隙等控制项是影响双边剪剪切质量的关键因素.基于当前双边剪夹送辊控制策略,在分析了原始方案的优劣后,提出了改进型控制策略.改进方案试验数据表现良好,为双边剪剪切质量的提高奠定了基础。
