神华宁煤煤化工基地CO2的能源化利用

CO2的能源化利用,对于实现煤化工行业可持续发展和营造良好的运营环境具有重要意义.通过总结神华宁煤煤化工基地的几大二氧化碳主要排放源,阐述了现场生产工艺对二氧化碳的利用效果,提出了几种适合煤化工公司的二氧化碳处理方法.对所提出方法最新的应用研究及生产运行情况进行了介绍,如低浓度CO2处理方法及技术现状和高浓度CO2处理方法及技术现状,介绍了包括合成CO2基塑料,注气采油等应用技术,总之,选用适宜的、成熟的CO2处理技术,将煤化工生产过程中产生的CO2进行有效处理,变废为宝,创建煤化工基地CO2综合处理示范项目,这对基地CO2减排利用乃至全国煤化工行业CO2减排利用都有重要的意义和积极的推动作用。
