近年来，肺血管疾病在学术领域发展迅速，随着认识的不断深入，疾病的分类和发病机理也逐渐清晰，相应的治疗手段也趋多样化和个体化。其中经导管介入治疗也已渗透到该领域。上海市胸科医院心内科报道了肺动脉分支血栓闭塞和肺静脉重度狭窄应用经皮球囊扩张和/或支架植入，取得良好疗效。
本文以原发性高血压合并IGT患者为研究对象,观察血清维生素D的变化,探讨维生素D与原发性高血压及并发IGT的相互关系。方法是：选取2011.07.26～2012.07.25在新疆医科大学第一附属医院住院的原发性高血压病的汉族患者216例,其中男性106例、女性110例,年龄(50.5±12.1)岁,记录身高、体重、入院SBP和DBP,检测其血清25-羟维生素D3、FPG、HbAlc、血脂和血钙等。
