Organizational knowledge integration is critical to the success of modem frrms.In this study,we propose and design an innovative smart concept mapping based knowledge integration approach and system based on concept mapping technologies and cyclical evolution of organizational knowledge model.The proposed approach can mitigate the limitations of current knowledge integration mechanisms and meet the challenges of effective organizational knowledge integration.
