用数字图像相关(DIC)方法测量变形时,一般需要用数字CCD或CMOS相机采集图像并存贮到计算机中处理,最近发现数字相机的温度改变(不管是由于长时间使用自发热引起的还是由于外界温度变化引起的)会引起DIC测量的系统误差.报告将介绍关于这种误差的系统认识及其补偿方法.另外,DIC测量结果一般需与载荷等信号对应起来分析,因此,DIC实验中除采集光(图像)信号外,一般还需用另外一台采集设备采集电(应变或载荷)信号,且实验后需要将光、电信号在时间轴上“对齐”.最近发现,在低速测量时,长时间实验过程中不同计算机之间的走时误差会导致采集数据不能对齐;同样,在高速测量中,不同高速采集设备启动单元对触发信号的响应时差也导致高速采集数据之间不能对齐.设计了用于校准上述数据采集对时误差的实验方法和系统,使实验过程中的低速和高速采集数据之间可以精确“对齐”,避免了其中的误差.报告将介绍具体的实现思路及过程.
