目的：明确胃癌合并贫血对患者生活质量、疗效、生存的影响，探讨胃癌合并贫血的关键病机以及中医药治疗胃癌合并贫血的机制、辨证立法与方药，以此为基础开展多中心临床研究，提供可推广的胃癌合并贫血中医药治疗方案.方法：胃癌合并贫血文献复习结合长期临床实践，探讨胃癌合并贫血的中医病机关键以及中医药治疗的辨证立法与方药.结果：晚期胃癌患者贫血发生率高达84.4％，患者因贫血影响生活质量、化疗疗效以及远期生存.目
