本报告结合在热障涂层性能表征与评价的测试技术与方法、失效过程的无损检测，介绍了航空发动机热障涂层破坏机理分析与可靠性评价方面取得的成果。热障涂层作为航空发动机不可缺少的关键材料，是提高航空发动机服役温度最切实可行的方法。然而服役过程中涂层过早剥落失效是制约我国热障涂层安全应用的瓶颈。该研究优化了热障涂层制备工艺，显著提高了其服役性能。
