Information systems (ISs) play a giant role that drives the improvement of operation capability in manufacturing enterprise (ME).Along with the IS applied in different departs, the ISs are beyond the operation limitation and stretched into other domains. The interaction domains that formed an entire system which make the ME work. Then, how to analyze the economic performance (EP) of IS become a big challenge especially under the various implementation scopes (IMSs) and application depths (ADs),where IS implemented.First, the theoretical model was established and tested oriented to value economics which combined the IMS,AD and requirement center that influenced the EP.Then, from IMS and AD perspectives, the scale constructed to find the IS value detail indexes on different layers and in different functions, also the cross organization and process, and spread over the enterprise-class ranged. The value measurement not only existed in the operation but also in the channel, finance, human resource,R&D and decision etc. Finally, the economics performance model (EPM) was formed baseed on the requirement center and cycle model with the above perspectives. In the EPM there are five layers i.e.control,execution,collaboration,decision and business patterns, which integrated by the efficiency, process, role and productivity that reflected the evolved roadmap, and reflected the goal that pursued by the IS investment.
