针对3种以C-276合金标准成分为基础改变主要合金元素W和Y而设计的耐蚀合金,进行长期时效实验,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)研究W和Y元素对合金相析出规律的影响。结果表明:合金的主要析出相为M6C碳化物和μ相;W含量增加会提高μ相的析出量和析出温度,W也会提高M6C的析出量;稀土元素Y对μ相和碳化物的析出都有较好的抑制作用。
Long-term aging experiments were carried out on three kinds of corrosion-resistant alloys designed to change the main alloying elements W and Y based on the standard components of C-276 alloy. The W and Y elements were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) Effect on precipitation regularity of alloy phase. The results show that the main precipitates of the alloy are M6C carbides and μ phase. The increase of W content will increase the precipitation amount and precipitation temperature of μ phase, and the precipitation amount of M6C will also increase. The precipitation of μ phase and carbides by rare earth element Y Have a better inhibitory effect.
