Aim: The injury of vascular endothelial cell after metabolic diseases was considered as the major factor to induce vascular complications, which plays an important role in other organ damage.We hypothesized that the early damage of vascular smooth muscle cell during metabolic diseases plays a critical role in organs damage and will be a promising treatment target.
