Financial shared service center as a new model of financial management are rise and promoted by many multi-national corporations and large domestic group companies, which improve enterprise management under the information age. The purpose of these paper is to better promote the development of this new mode of business management. Authors review the development process of financial shared services model in China, find the problems, analyze the causes of the problems. At the end of these paper, put forward the key factors of the successful implementation of financial shared service center mode.
