Background and Objective: Angiotensin Ⅱ-induced endothelial inflammation is a big risk for vascular diseases.Our work found that both ATF3 expression and SUMOylation were induced by Angiotensin Ⅱin endothelia cells, so we aimed to explore how ATF3 and ATF3 SUMOylation participated in endothelial inflammation caused by AngⅡ.
