Since the advent of the optical trapping (or optical tweezers) method,the method has been widely exploited for the trapping and manipulation of small objects in air or water.Optical trapping of dielectric particles with low energy femtosecond laser pulses has been demonstrated,and the trap stiffness was proved to be determined by the average power of femtosecond laser.
