　　In the genome of bacteria dormant bacteriophages(called prophages)can be activated by chemicals.These bacteriophages may infect related bacteria,and thus harm ecosystems.Therefore,it is necessary to develop rapid and reliable tests that allow evaluating chemicals regarding prophage activating properties.
