Background Anteriorcervicaldiscectomyandfusion(ACDF)isawidelyacceptedsurgicalprocedureforthetreatmentofcervical degenerativediscdiseases(CDDD).ThepurposeofourstudywastoinvestigatethereliabilityandefficacyofACDFusingself-locking stand-alonepolyetheretherketone(PEEK)cages,withtwoanchoringclipsplacedintheupperandlowervertebrarespectively.
