  解离常数是衡量分子间相互作用的重要热力学参数,对研究生物分子间相互作用的结构基础和作用机制具有重要意义。传统的解离常数表征方法常依赖于大型仪器,例如流式细胞术、表面等离子共振等,这些方法大多需要繁琐操作和较长时间。
