At present, more and more cases about regulation of angiogenesis as auxiliary treatment of chemotherapy have been reported.Reasonable application of anti-angiogenic agents can restore the balance and revert the vasculature to a more normal phenotype.But, vascular normalization is in conflict with the EPR effect that is the golden principle which many drug delivery systems is based on.
