通过对132例行高清电子镜下钬激光碎石术患者的围术期护理，提出护理要点为做好术前的心理护理，健康指导，加强术后引流管的观察及护理，预防感染、出血、石阶、支架管移位等并发症的发生，完善术后相关检查及出院指导，提高患者的治疗效果。
