Objective Andrographolide (AND) is a chemical entity of a traditional Chinese medicine and widely used for anti-respiratory inflammation.Many oral formulations of AND are availaible in the market.In this study, a pulmonary delivered liposomal AND dry powder inhalation (DPI) was prepared for therapy of Staphylococcus aureus-induced pneumonia.
