以下几个方面来汇报一下某公司在进行精细化和规范化生产管理方面的一些见解和经验;山东莱德机械成立于2003年,是一家专业从事沟槽管件、阀门研发、生产、销售的高新技术企业,公司现有3个铸造工厂,总的注册资本1.3亿元,员工700余人,年产值接近3亿元人民币,具备年产十万吨铸造件的生产能力;公司产品现在内外兼顾,大部分以出口为主,随着生产厂家的增多、房地产行业的增速放缓、总体需求量的降低,现在这个行业竞争越来越激烈,特别是小规模、低管理成本、低品质的企业和产品在市场上的恶性竞争和报价,企业再依靠传统的粗放式管理模式在市场上很难维持和发展;所以这几年也在苦炼内功,提高企业管理水平,从管理上要效益,对企业生产活动进行精细化管理。
