[目的]了解郑州某高校大学生对甲型H1N1流感防控的认知、行为、态度及心理焦虑情况。[方法]采用随机抽样方法,对郑州某高校1200名健康大学生和79名曾接受隔离的大学生进行认知、行为、态度及心理情况的现况调查。[结果]认知方面,流感防治知识得分为:70.1±9.6,99%的研究对象认为打喷嚏可以传播此次流感;92%的认为其患者在出现症状之前就有传染性;82%认为此次流感的潜伏期为1周左右;行为方面,99%的调查对象尽量不去人群密集的场所,98%的调查对象加强了个人卫生,96%的调查对象加强了室内通风,89%的调查对象想了解此次流感的实时新闻报道;态度方面,86%的赞同早晨(6:30~7:40)监测体温(晨检),84%的赞同紧急的隔离及停课措施,81%的赞同在锅炉中添加中药预防,77%的对甲型H1N1流感感到害怕;心理焦虑方面,SAS焦虑表得分健康大学生为:35.8±6.4,隔离大学生为:37.7±7.9,t=11.34,P﹤0.001,差异有统计学意义;焦虑检出率健康大学生为25.8%,隔离大学生为44.3%,χ2=230.2,P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。[结论]该校大学生对甲型H1N1流感有一定的认知水平,但仍有了解相关信息的强烈愿望;隔离人群的心理焦虑应得到重视。
[Objective] To understand the cognition, behavior, attitude and psychological anxiety of college students in Zhengzhou in the prevention and control of Influenza A (H1N1). [Methods] A random sampling method was used to survey the current situation of cognition, behavior, attitude and psychological condition among 1,200 undergraduates and 79 former undergraduates in Zhengzhou University. [Results] Cognitively, the scores of influenza prevention and control knowledge were as follows: 70.1 ± 9.6, 99% of the respondents thought that sneezing could spread the flu; 92% thought their patients had contagion before the symptoms appeared; 82% The sub-influenza incubation period is about 1 week; behavior, 99% of the respondents try not to crowded places, 98% of the respondents to strengthen personal hygiene, 96% of the respondents to enhance indoor ventilation, 89% of the respondents In terms of attitude, 86% agreed that body temperature was monitored in the morning (6:30 ~ 7:40), 84% agreed with the emergency quarantine and suspension measures, and 81% agreed with the report In the aspect of psychological anxiety, SAS anxiety table scored 35.8 ± 6.4 for healthy college students, 37.7 ± 7.9 for isolated college students, t = 11.34, P <0.001, the differences were statistically significant There was statistical significance. The detection rate of anxiety was 25.8% for healthy college students, 44.3% for isolated college students, χ2 = 230.2, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. [Conclusion] The college students have a certain level of cognition on Influenza A (H1N1), but there is still a strong desire to understand the relevant information. Psychological anxiety in isolated groups should be paid more attention.
