Background Current guidelines gave fondaparinux a class Ⅰ recommendation for use in non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndromes (NSTE-ACS) undergoing invasive strategies.Nadroparin is still one of the most co mmon anticoagulants used in NSTE-ACS and crossover anticoagulation regimens are co mmon in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in China.This study compared the safety and efficacy between perioperative fondaparinux and nadroparin in patients with NSTE-ACS who received higher-dose tnfractionated heparin (UFH) during PCI.
