国家级新区生态文明建设的战略路径研究

【摘要】

：

推动生态文明建设是国家战略部署,也是促进经济发展转型和环境质量改善的基本路径.以贵安新区为例,提出生态贵安、绿色贵安和创新贵安的总体目标,分析生态文明建设的优势和主要差距,明确八项重点任务,包括:优化生态保护和开发空间格局、促进资源节约和循环利用、提升生态环境质量,推动产业转型和绿色低碳发展、高标准建设低碳和生态新区、完善绿色智能基础设施、培育生态文化和绿色意识、确立生态文明制度体系.
