大连小平岛假日公寓由两栋超高层主楼和五层大底盘裙房组成,主楼大屋面高度269.0m。本工程采用“剪力墙-核心筒”体系,结构平面呈十字形,属于平面不规则结构。本文就本工程关键部位楼板的抗剪提出了三种设计方案。通过对比分析得出:在楼板中增设井字梁可以有效降低楼板承受的剪力,并且减少了钢筋用量,是较为安全、经济的设计方案。
Dalian Xiaoping Island Holiday Apartment consists of two super-high-rise main building and five-storey big-bottom podium. The main building has a large roof height of 269.0m. The project uses “shear wall - the core tube ” system, the structure of the plane was cross-shaped, belonging to the plane irregular structure. In this paper, the key parts of the project floor shear proposed three kinds of design. Through comparative analysis, it is concluded that the addition of the well-shaped beam in the slab can effectively reduce the shear force on the slab and reduce the amount of steel, which is a safe and economical design scheme.
