Three new compounds from soil actinomycete Streptomyces albospinus 15-4-2

Three new compounds, 2-methyl-2,5,6-bornantriol (1), 4,4-(3-hydroxypropane-1,1-diyl)diphenol (2), and 7-(4-methoxybenzyl)-4,S,6,7-tetrahydro-1,3-oxazepine-5,6-diol (3), were isolated from the fermentation broth of the soil actinomycete Streptomyces albospinus 15-4-2. Their structures were completely elucidated using combination of 1D, 2D NMR techniques (COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and ROESY), and HR-ESI-MS analysis. None of the compounds 1-3 showed any inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubense race 4.

通过显微形态特征观察,发现分离于海南定安的菌株PPh01与穿刺巴氏杆菌形态特征相似。经16S rRNA基因序列分析,该菌株与穿刺巴氏杆菌的同源性最高,达到99.3%。综合形态特征、分子系统发育分析结果,鉴定该菌株为穿刺巴氏杆菌。亲和性试验显示,菌株PPh01对南方根结线虫、爪哇根结线虫、花生根结线虫的二龄幼虫均具有侵染能力。
