Purpose:To evaluate the clinical features and viability of lamellar corneal transplantation with bioengineered corneas in human.Methods:Samples of 15 patients (15 eyes) suffering from infectious keratitis and had performed lamellar keratoplasty surgery with bioengineered cornea in Henan Eye Institute & Henan Eye Hospital were collected from February 2014 to August 2014.The visual acuity of all patients before surgery was from light sensation positive to 0.01.
