  Characterization of the interface properties, such as the strength, width, etc, is very important for composites, while currently it is rather difficult to characterize the single-fiber/epoxy properties in the widely-used fiber-reinforced composites.In this work, we developed the contact-resonance mode atomic force microscopy (AFAM) for modulus measurement and mapping.
