  Organic active materials used for solar cells are more susceptible to degradation in comparison to their inorganic counterpart,especially at the interface with transparent inorganic electrodes represented by ITO.In several aspects,including chemical inertness,organic-philic surface,interpenetrated interface,flexibility and p-type conducting,CNT transparent electrode is more suitable for organic solar cells.
