深层搅拌桩是国内近几年来发展比较快的一种地基加固方法。这种方法是用深层搅拌机将水泥或石灰和被加固的土体均匀搅拌,结硬之后形成了搅拌桩体,桩体的无侧限抗压强度可达 MPa 的数量级。自六、七十年代开始,这种方法已在日本、瑞典等国家应用,目前最大的加固深度可达60m,最大桩截面积达9.5m~2。国内自七十年代以来,无论在搅拌机械、设计施工方法和工程实践方面都有所发展。
Deep mixing piles are a kind of foundation reinforcement method that has developed relatively rapidly in recent years in China. This method uses a deep mixer to evenly stir the cement or lime and the reinforced soil. After the knot is hardened, the mixing pile is formed, and the unconfined compressive strength of the pile can reach the order of MPa. Since the 1960s and 1970s, this method has been applied in Japan, Sweden and other countries. At present, the maximum reinforcement depth is up to 60m, and the maximum pile cross-sectional area is 9.5m~2. Since the 1970s, there have been developments in mixing machinery, design and construction methods and engineering practices.
