汽车橡胶轴承模型对比分析

针对汽车减振器下连接橡胶轴承,建立Voigt-Kelvin、Maxwell、Zener和Generalised-2四种不同粘弹性模型,并将其与摩擦力模型并联,在MATLAB/Simulink中进行仿真.将仿真结果与实际实验数据进行对比,发现Generalised-2模型与实际情况最符合,Kelvin-Voigt模型与实际情况最不符合.将Generalised-2模型与Voigt-Kelvin模型分别嵌入四分之一整车系统,进行仿真,并与实验数据对比,发现Generalised-2模型更符合实验数据,得到路面激励在0~100Hz时,Gener-alised-2模型更适合作为橡胶轴承模型的结论.
