Background:With the identical genome from parent cells,induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) technology have no doubt become a novel powerful cell model in vitro for investigating the genesis and progress of certain human inherited disease.Autosomal-dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is a common life -threatening inherited renal disorder,which affects 12.5 million individuals worldwide and with a prevalence of approximately 1 in 400 to 1 in 1000 of live births.
