This paper studied the bioavailability of dissolved organic matter (DOM) released during the metabolic process of jellyfish Aurelia aurita.The changes of DOM properties during the microbial incubation experiment were monitored by fluorescence spectroscopy,dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and total dissolved nitrogen (TDN) analysis.
