Liquid crystal is nowadays an interesting category of organic semiconductors because of high charged carrier mobility,high solubility into common organic solvents as well as its strong selfassembling nature.In particular,a nonperipheral(np)type of octaalkylated phthalocyanines(CnPcH2)is known to show high carrier mobility as well as the characteristic properties based on its liquid crystallinity.
