本文基于国家对二次安全防护的要求,首先阐述了目前水电厂内各种自动化系统之间存在的安全隐患,以及需要进行二次安全防护的必要性。然后,分别阐述了二次安全防护的特定、安全策略、防护方案。最后,提供了一个具体的安全防护设备的布置系统图,为今后的二次安全设备的布置提供了参考方案。 Based on the requirements of the state for secondary safety protection, this paper firstly elaborates the potential safety problems existing in various automation systems in hydropower plants and the necessity of secondary safety protection. Then, it expounds respectively the specific security strategy and the protection scheme of secondary security. Finally, a system diagram of the arrangement of safety equipment is provided, which provides a reference plan for the layout of the secondary safety equipment in the future.
