Molecular tumor markers have been recently identified with the potential applications in the diagnosis,therapy and prognostic prediction of RCC.Through screening of bioinformatics and validation of Westem blot and immunohis tochemistry,a new renal cancer associated gene temporarily named RCDG1 was identified in the study.RCDG1 expression was evaluated in RCC and adjacent normal tissues as well as in renal cancer cell lines and normal kidney human embryo kidney cell 293T cells by Western blot.
