植物病原卵菌大豆疫霉中与侵染相关的MAPK基因功能研究

  疫霉属的绝大多数成员都是危害极其严重的植物病原菌,它们危害一系列的观赏植物与经济作物。其中最具代表的是大豆疫霉(Phytophthora sojae),它侵染大豆(Glycine max)引起的根腐病是全世界大豆生产的毁灭性病害之一。以大豆疫霉为代表的疫霉菌虽然与真菌在菌丝形态上非常相似,但是它们在进化关系上却相距甚远,疫霉菌不是真菌,它属于茸鞭生物界(Stramenopila)。因此,许多能够很好的防治真菌的药剂并不能防治疫霉菌。正因为疫霉菌的独特性,所以我们应该根据疫霉菌自身独特的发育和侵染机制来设计与开发新的防治药剂。在这些重要的发育与侵染机制中,MAPK通路是一个非常保守且研究得较多的通路,而且越来越多的研究证据表明MAPK(促有丝分裂蛋白激酶)信号通路在调控真菌的游动孢子发育、侵染以及有性生殖过程中发挥着重要的作用。
