Xylo-oligosaccharides (XO) are sugar oligomers showing potential for practical applications in a variety of fields.But the method to determinate the concentration of XO in the end product is hardly papered.This paper described the method to determine the concentration of XO in oral solution.The study described the method to determine the concentration of Xylo-oligosaccharides.ethanol precipitation,the temperature and time of hydrolyzation,and salts exclusion were investigated:with the optimum condition temperature 100℃,hydrolyzed time 90min,lmL Sulfuric Acid with concentration 4mol/L,the method was developed.
