高强度聚焦超声焦域的仿组织体模实验研究

目的:通过含有液晶感温膜的仿组织体模,研究高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)焦域大小随不同参数的变化.方法:将仿组织体模固定在实验装置上,分别设定不同输入功率、辐照时间、辐照深度进行实验,用相机记录不同参数下焦域的实验结果,并对其进行数据统计分析.结果:仿组织体模焦域内液晶感温膜显示65.7℃以上区域呈椭圆形;HIFU焦域长、短轴随输入功率、辐照时间的增加而增大,随辐照深度的增加而减小,且长轴变化较短轴明显,同时存在辐照时间阈值.结论:含有液晶感温膜的仿组织体模可用于研究HIFU焦域随不同影响因素的变化情况,为HIFU剂量研究提供参考依据.
