目的:明确外阴阴道念珠菌患者分离的念珠菌种类及和对抗真菌药物的敏感性.方法:2003年4月到2012年9月,从北京大学深圳医院妇科门诊搜集外阴阴道念珠菌病患者的念珠菌样本进行培养.利用商业琼脂扩散试验进行抗真菌药敏分析.结果:在3141例外阴阴道念珠菌病患者中获取分离的3181酵母菌株多为念珠菌.二种念珠菌从各40例患者中分离.在外阴阴道念珠菌病中白念珠菌是主要的念珠菌株其次是光滑念珠菌、近平滑念
