分析了大口径光学系统的结构特点,介绍了在外场应用中产生综合像差的主要原因和像差特征,对常规测试手段的不足进行了描述,提出了以一定距离处的点源激光作为探测光、以哈特曼探测其波前畸变的测量方法,着重描述了测试过程和数据处理方法,最后通过实验验证了方法的可行性。结果表明该方法简单可行,适合外场检测和评价光学系统综合像差,并可为大口径光学系统现场安装提供技术指导。
The structural characteristics of large aperture optical system are analyzed. The main causes and aberrations of synthetic aberrations in outfield applications are introduced. The disadvantages of conventional testing methods are described. A point source laser at a certain distance is proposed as a probe Light to Hartmann detection of wavefront distortion measurement method, focusing on the description of the test process and data processing methods, and finally verified by experiments the feasibility of the method. The results show that this method is simple and feasible, suitable for field detection and evaluation of optical system aberrations, and can provide technical guidance for on-site installation of large aperture optical system.
