[Objective]The compounds from Stachybotrys longispora FG216 are analyzed and tested their fibrinolytic activity in vitro.[Methods]The compounds were isolated and purified by TLC and atmospheric silica gel column chromatography technique.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic data and physiochemical characteristics..The fibrinolytic activities were screened by t-Pa in vitro.[Results]Two compounds were isolated and identified as LL-Z1272β and Ergosterol.They both exhibited the significant fibrinolytic activities in vitro.The structure of FGFC2 was elucidated by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,and MS data;moreover,it was also evaluated for fibrinolytic activity in vitro.[Conclusion]The three compounds isolated from Stachybotrys longispora F216,they all showed significant fibrinolytic activities in vitro.Among these detections,the fibrinolytic activity of FGFC2 is stronger than two other compounds.
