This presentation considers the application of Moore-Penrose generalized inverses in the expressing matrix spaces including the span of the products of the columns of one matrix and the rows of another matrix, the Kernels of matrix linear transformations, and the orthogonal compliments of matrix linear spaces. As the implications, the general forms of the solution sets to homogeneous matrix equations, the projections onto matrix spaces, and the collections of all least square solutions to linear matrix equations are obtained. Based on these results the relations of the collections of various generalized inverses are revealed.
