Objective We aimed to identify the characteristics of cardiac abnormalities in patients with DMD or BMD by technetium 99m-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (99MTc-MIBI) gated myocardial perfusion imaging(G-MPI); and to help clinicians to diagnose and treat dystrophinopathies associated cardiomyopathies at early stage, improve their symptom and signs.
