碳水化合物是植物光合作用的主要产物.新鲜叶片可溶性碳水化合的组成反映植物光合作用的特性,而凋落叶碳水化合物的组成影响叶片分解过程及其养分释放规律.目前,不同功能群植物叶片可提取态碳水化合物的组成及其动态规律尚不清楚,从而限制了理解植物叶片光合和分解两个重要而完全相反生理生态过程的关联性.本研究以位于红壤丘陵区中亚热带次生混交林30种代表性植物为对象,于生长旺季和叶凋落期分别收集新鲜叶片和凋落叶片,依次采用10%甲酸、磷酸盐缓冲液、CDTA、尿素、弱碱性碳酸钠溶液、强碱性氢氧化钠溶液和5%甲酸连续浸提7步分级法测定可提取态碳水化合物的组成,揭示不同功能群植物,叶片碳水化合物的动态变化规律.
