Inorganic graphene-like materials, especially for the atomic-thickness ultrathin nanosheets, are regarded as a typical quasi-two-dimensional nanostructure system.Graphene-like materials entail more controllable structural parameters for regulating their electronic structure that is vital for energy storage devices.
