In this paper, a three-dimensional maritime rescue simulating and training platform of Dalian Maritime University (DMU) is introduced.The structure and function composition are mainly focused on.The key equipment performanceparameters are proposed to describe the system function.Finally, some simulation is done to describe the system security.
