RESEARCH STATUS:Recent studies suggest that MSCs could enhance the viability of neurons under a pathological circumstance by secreting a variety of neurotrophins.Adipose-derived stem cells have similar characteristics of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in some biological characteristics.OBJECTIVE:To compare the neurotrophic effect of adipose-derived and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.

针对炼钢过程中采用特殊外场处理工艺,研究脉冲电场对渣金反应中磷元素的迁移具有理论和实际意义.在渣金熔体间外加2V的脉冲电场,分别作用不同时间30s、60s,对实验处理后的炉渣做XRF成分分析和XRD物相分析,金属基体做扫描电镜和OPA处理,实验结果表明:渣中磷加速向金属液侧迁移,产生回磷现象;金属液基体中的夹杂物尺寸增大、数量增多;金属基体表面磷元素分布先均匀后偏析度增加.

连铸坯的表面和内部缺陷与结晶器温度密切相关,本文以浇铸截面230mm×1800mm的双孔型水口板坯结晶器为研究对象,采用了数学模拟的方法研究拉速对板坯结晶器温度的影响.结果表明,在拉速从0.7m/min变化到2.0m/min时,窄面中点的温度从1600K上升到1675K,射流对窄面冲击大,坯壳变薄,容易漏钢.
针对首钢京唐公司IF钢热轧板卷渣缺陷形成原因进行了系统调查研究,结果表明板坯在连铸浇注过程中结晶器窄面液位波动造成保护渣的卷入是此类缺陷发生的主要原因,通过增加浸入式水口浸入深度、优化浸入式水口结构、优化保护渣性能、降低铸机拉速等措施,有效的避免了结晶器窄面保护渣的卷入,工业实践表明,工艺调整后IF钢热轧板卷渣缺陷发生率由1.62%降低至0.41%.
